One by one, three Pegasus two-piece toilets were shipped to me by Fed-X. All three of the bowls were broken all to pieces. On the last order from Amazon, we asked them to please make certain that PlumberSurplus packed the bowl more carefully, cushioning it with extra packing and asking UPS to please handle it more carefully.
