Intuit 410375 Review: QuickBooks Pro 3-User 2010 [Download] [OLD VERSION]. We bought a laptop with Vista on it... had to upgrade from QB2006 to QB2009 - no problem with a 3 year upgrade but no real new features to speak of (let's face it financial software is a double index spread sheet). Long story short - new laptop imploded & we replaced it with Win 7 installed. Re-installed the software including QB2009 - life is good. Been running QB2009 for 6 months.
