Intuit 410375 Review: QuickBooks Pro 3-User 2010 [Download] [OLD VERSION]. I've been using Quickbooks for more than a dozen years and it does a fine job for a small business. But I hate that they force me to upgrade every 3 years and then make me call to activate. It's bad enough that the "upgrade" has minimal improvements, so just take my money and give me the dang validation code without hassle.
